It is a CO2 laser that is designed to penetrate deeper than any other type of aesthetic ablative laser. This makes it perfect for many facial treatments and laser scar removal in Sydney.

This treatment stimulates collagen production improves microvasculature and gently removes unwanted scars on all skin types with no down time. A non-invasive rejuvenation process. Patients should be aware that they usually require more than one treatment. On average 4-6 treatments or more depending on the presenting concern.
- Dermastat: Is a pencil like handpiece that allows treatment to small vascular and pigmented lesions with precise and accurate application.
How does laser skin treatment in Sydney work?
In essence, the laser is designed to deliver concentrated bursts of coherent energy to the surface of the skin as well as fine cores 0.12mm diameter to depths up to 4mm in keloid scars to help break them up. This in turn removes tissue from the skin and scars, making wrinkles, lines and scarring less visible. Then, over a period of weeks or months, a new layer of skin begins to form which appears both tighter and smoother. This leads to an overall healthier and rejuvenated appearance.
